Tupperware Frustrations

It can be so frustrating to go into  your cupboard to look for Tupperware, only to find it in a disorganized state. Lids and containers everywhere, just shoved onto a shelf. Even as organized as I am, I too have had a cupboard that looks like the below;

Then there is the daunting task to find a match! Lids don't fit bottoms and you end purchasing the throw away Glade brand Tupperware so you don't have stress over loosing a piece to the two piece puzzle. Enough is enough I said and away I went to the dollar store in search for a storage solution!

This simple canvas container was only  $1! Its lightweight and flexible so I can stretch the sides out if I need to shove an extra lid of two in!

Look how clean and neat this looks! A place for every container and a match lid! Slip it right onto your shelf and Valhalla!

You do not need to spend big bucks to get organized! These containers from the dollar store come in a variety of sizes. Other ideas for using these canvas storage boxes are;

1. Hold your spices for easy accessibility when cooking. You can pull the whole container down while cooking to have a better view of your spices. Also, instead of having a counter top with 7 spices sitting around, you can put them right back in their spot in the box for easy clean up!

2. Kid snacks! Its a great lightweight container that you can store children's snacks in like granola bars and fruit snacks. You can also place a bin in the refrigerator to hold already individual bagged snacks like grapes or yogurts.

3. Place a box in the bathroom to hold extra perfumes, travel size shampoo, or as a separation between cleaning products and beauty products.

I hope my tutorial was beneficial! Happy organizing!

Organization by Wikki

If disorganization is taking over your life and you're feeling scattered and frustrated as a result, it's time to get organized!

 To achieve organization on the outside, you will need to take steps on the inside, by clarifying your priorities, objectives, and how you want your belongings and lifestyle arranged. Try to keep stuff where it belongs. Know what you need/want to do, when you are going to do it, and avoid the stressful situation of not knowing what needs to be done. Organization takes time, but when you get into the habit of it, life becomes so much easier!
